We have an urgent waste disposal request, what is your typical turnaround time?
We aim to reply to your enquiry within the same working day, dependant on the waste or service requirement we would also look to have a quote out to you within the same working day. After that it is a simple case of getting the work booked in and a convenient date organised for you.
We have historic waste and don't know what's inside it. How do I properly dispose of this historic waste?
We often find that a lot of waste we deal with is historic drums or containers that are illegible or rusted and been on site for years where no one knows quite what is in it. Hence, we only send out qualified chemists to assess and sample the wastes prior to quoting or collection. We work with a number of labs to analyse samples for suitability meaning no one gets any surprises when the waste is disposed of.
How do I dispose of waste in an environmentally friendly way; can you help?
Absolutely! We work with a number of businesses who have been looking to reduce their waste output and carbon footprint. We help design a bespoke management procedure that can help make this a reality. We also find that often these greener policies help reduce disposal costs as an added benefit.
Our business doesn't manage waste everyday, how can we remain compliant with current regulations?
The waste industry and related regulations are everchanging, we continually monitor these changes and assess how this impacts our customers. It is because of this that we only use degree qualified or higher chemists, ADR drivers where needed, and Dangerous Goods Safety Advisers (DGSA). Additionally, we have close relationships with many other waste management companies to help adopt and implement best practices for waste management.
Any other questions?
We pride ourselves on being a very flexible business and encourage people to ask any questions, we will always be friendly, honest, and pragmatic.
Don’t forget, we offer free waste management advice and no obligation quotes! We do this because we care and want to see a better, cheaper, and greener waste industry.
